From Toledo, Iowa. Luis started  his career with PSC (Pro Soccer Consulting) out of New York and traveled with them to play in Sweden and Ireland. Most recently Luis played with the former Cedar Rapids Rampage United Outdoor team in 2017 and has been playing in leagues around the Cedar Rapids area since.
